Where can I purchase filter replacements?
Replacements are always available on our website www.mylovelyfeline.com. We’ll send you a reminder email every 2 months right before your filter expires.
How about the pump?
The pump will last for 2 years. We make exhaustive quality controls to make sure it works perfectly, but if the pump for whatever reason loses power or stops working before the 2-year timeframe, we’ll replace it with a new one for free (no questions asked).
Can I let the fountain run all day?
Of course, our pump is designed to function 24/7. You can —and should— let it run all day and night.
Does it need to be plugged in?
Yes. However, since it has a USB connector and the pump doesn’t consume a lot of energy, you can use a portable power bank (the one used for smartphones) instead of your home’s power socket.
What if my cat/s don’t like drinking from it?

My cats are drinking more water now It was a really lovely well made canvas bag. You can tell that the owners of this company love their product and take pride in it. The quality of the packaging felt personal. The quality of the product is excellent. The instructions were very easy to follow. I put it all together quite easily and sat back. My cats are 14 to 16 years old and needed to drink more water. This has attracted them into drinking more and I could not be happier. I’m surprised at how much more they are finally drinking. I would suggest checking the water levels daily as they might go low quickly if you have multiple cats. I also elevated the fountain by 4 or 5 inches by placing it on an upside down bowl. My cats have arthritis and it is much easier for them to drink this way and not crouch down like younger cats can. This is my first water fountain and I feel I made the best investment. The goal was for my seniors to drink more water and it is working. I love it. It’s sturdy. Easy to clean with the cleaning tools. Looks very pretty. It is silent.
